This is why the
INDEPENDENT
UNIVERSAL CHURCH,
proposes to this Assembly, the
establishment of a World Counsel of Religions,
of all the Religions, big and small,
so that all the delegates of these
Religions will be listened to, in particular
on matters concerning the freedom of
thought and of religion, in all the
countries of the World in particular to all
the States which today are members of the U.N.

Every Religion, big or small that it is, will
have the right to a permanent seat, only one,
with the right to intervene when the debates
regard contrasts of religious nature, within
the Nations represented at the U.N., so as to
avoid armed conflicts, to allow more space
for pacific confrontations in the womb of
the assembly, in such a way as to permit to
every opposing party, to express in front of
MEN OF FAITH, their own reasons without
resorting to the use of violence, towards
defenseless citizens forced to suffer
injustices, sometime in the name of FALSE
TRUTHS.

Evidently, not to confuse with the role of
the delegates of the Countries at the U.N.,
the delegates of the Religions of the World,
will not have the right to vote but just of
intervention, to propose
pacific solutions.

It would be necessary and right as well, that
every Religion existing in the World, big or
small, if considered appropriate would have
its own headquarters in the State of
residence, meaning a HOLY CITY legally
recognized by all the members of the
General Assembly of the U.N., meaning by
all the Countries composing the General
Assembly of the U.N., and also be
recognized as Observer as it is today the
Vatican.
